INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ADMISSIONS


Applicants with F-1 Visas coming from Country of Origin

 

In addition to the admission requirements previously mentioned, all international students must submit the following documents:

 

1. I-20 Request Form for International Students

 

2. Copy of valid passport

 

3. Copy of visa (if applicable)

 

4. Copy of I-94 (if applicable)

 

5. Bank statement or Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

 

a. Undergraduate Program Applicants- must show a minimum of $22,000.00 annual available funds.

 

b. Graduate Program Applicants- must show a minimum of $25,000.00 annual available funds.

 

6. Proof of English Proficiency – All prospective students, whether local or international, whose primary language is not English, must demonstrate English proficiency in order to be considered for admissions to Nobel University. At the Office of Admissions’ discretion, proficiency may be demonstrated by one of the following:

 

a. Undergraduate Program applicants:

- An official score report of a standardized exam, such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Applicants to the undergraduate programs must submit a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 45, IELTS 5.0 or its equivalency taken within the past two years;
 

- Completion of a secondary education in a country where English is the primary language;
 

- Completion of a post-secondary level ESL course; or
 

- A score report of Nobel University’s Language Proficiency Exam.  Applicants to the undergraduate programs must pass Nobel University’s Language Proficiency Exam with a minimum score of 50.

 

​b. Graduate Program applicants:

- ​An official score report of a standardized exam, such as the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL). Applicants to the graduate programs must submit a minimum TOEFL iBT score of 61, IELTS 6.0 or its equivalency taken within the past two years;
 

- Completion of a post-secondary education in a country where English is the primary language;
 

- Completion of a post-secondary level ESL course; or
 

- A score report of Nobel University’s Language Proficiency Exam.  Applicants to the graduate programs must pass Nobel University’s Language Proficiency Exam with a minimum score of 60.
